Customer Service advice for returns
Please read the following carefully if you have any issues.
Please contact us before returning anything.
Once we have authorised a return please complete the following form and include it with your item. Failure to include this will delay your item being looked at by our engineers.
You must receive an RMA number before returning anything.
MAKE SURE THE RMA NUMBER IS ON THE OUTSIDE OF THE PACKAGE
Only return a computer tower without cables or dongles as we can not guarantee that these will be returned to you. The only exception to this is if these could be your problem, in which case please detail these on your RMA form.
Ensure that your computer is well packaged as it is your responsibility to ensure that is arrives without damage.
If we are arranging a courier to collect your PC then a charge may be made for a missed collection.
