🚚 Delivery & Shipping Information
1. Local Evening Delivery

Coverage: Merseyside, North Cheshire, Greater Manchester (within 25 miles of Liverpool).

Timing: 1–5 days, if you need delivery on a specific day please call first to check availability.

Important: Deliveries occur in the evening. We will call you from 07484 918 339 on the day of delivery; please ensure someone is available to answer, or we cannot complete the delivery.
2. National Courier (Whole of UK)

Standard: 2–3 working days.

Economy: 3–5 working days (can be up to 14 days during Nov/Dec).

Tracking: Full tracking is provided once the build and testing phase is complete.
3. Northern Ireland

Delivered via Standard NI Courier (48-hour service). Economy shipping is not available for offshore locations.
🎄 Peak Period (Nov 1st – Dec 31st): Due to high demand for Christmas gifts, dispatch times may increase to 7–14 working days. Please order early to ensure Santa arrives on time!
📦 Returns & Cancellations
Change of Mind (14 Days)
All sales online are subject to standard Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation and Additional Charges) Regulations 2013,
You have 14 calendar days from receipt to cancel your order.

Condition: Items must be unused, in original packaging, with seals intact.

Exclusions: Bespoke or personalized items cannot be returned unless faulty.

Shipping: For "change of mind" returns, the customer is responsible for tracked return shipping costs.
- For non faulty items a restore and restoration fee of £99 + Vat may be applied
Faulty Items (30 Days)

Within 30 Days: We will arrange a courier collection and offer a repair, replacement, or full refund.

After 30 Days: The customer is responsible for returning the item. We will cover the return shipping once repaired.

Note: If a returned item is found to have no fault, a £50 (or 20%) inspection fee may apply.
⚠️ Important Warranty Note: Opening your PC or removing the warranty seal will revert your 3-year warranty to a 12-month parts-only warranty. Please contact us before attempting any upgrades.
